BECOME A VENDOR
Please read and acknowledge you understand and agree to these terms.
Vendor Guidelines
1. Tables, chairs, and booth frames are NOT provided by Dina Productions Group LLC, unless otherwise specified.
2. Vendors MUST weigh down their tents down to prevent damage and injury in the event of strong winds.
3. Please do NOT cause any damage to the grounds. Please treat the facility like it's your own home.
4. All food vendors MUST submit an application to the board of health and a obtain a fire permit from the City of Atlantic City if you are cooking with an open flame. No Food Trucks are permitted on the boardwalk, only tents allowed. If you do not obtain these permits prior to the event, you will not be permitted to vend at the event and will forfeit your vendor fee.
5.Vendors MUST provide Dina Productions Group LLC with a general liability certificate of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000, naming Dina Productions Group LLC (PO Box 401 Oceanville NJ and The Showboat Hotel and Resort (801 Boardwalk Atlantic City, NJ 08401) as additional insured.
6. Be courteous to your fellow vendors and attendees. It is the culture of Dina Productions Group that we all help each other and create a fun negative free environment to work in.
7. NO cooking oils or grease pans can be dumped into trashcans or on ground. You must leave your area in the same condition as when you arrived. No stains, grease, debris etc.
8. Only items indicated on the approved application may be sold at the event.
9. The city of AC does not permit vehicles to be driven on the boardwalk. This means that you must unload your product at the boardwalk entrance and hand carry or use a hand truck to bring your product into your vendor space. Vendors MUST unload and remove vehicle from the boardwalk entrance prior to setting up booth. This will allow other vendors to unload. All booths must be completely set up at least ONE hour before the event.
10. Vendors will setup one day prior to event. Security will be hired overnight to protect your belongings. There are exceptions to this guideline with approval from DPG.
11. Vendors are required to stay within assigned and marked spaces.
12. Vendors may NOT obstruct walkways with chairs, tables, signs, etc. Food vendors may set up tables in front of their space providing they are not in the way where crowds walk.
13. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth area during and at the close of the event.
14. The sponsors and organizers of this event may NOT be held liable for the failure to fulfill conditions under which the event is being produced; due to natural causes, act of God, or any other causes beyond the control of Dina Productions Group.
15. Dina Productions Group reserves the right for placement of all booths and product
16. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: There are no refunds or cancellations. If you sign up to be a vendor and do not show up for event, future participation in DPG events may be denied.
17. NO REFUNDS for weather. If weather is a concern for you, please purchase weather insurance.
18. No spaces will be held without pre-payment and completed and approved application, with all required documents.
19. Dina Productions Group will limit the number of duplicated merchandise to ensure vendor success.
